My first class. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Allison- You are so special and I am so happy that I was guided to you! I have so much to learn but I seek it out like a buried treasure. My son, Chase, went ahead of me 14 months ago and he is the precious jewel I seek. Anything else gained from my expedition is just an added bonus! Great Experience. I attended Alison's class Body Talk for Beginners and really enjoyed the direct hands on experience through her exercises. It was well paced informative and a lot of fun.

Body Talk . I learnt so much. I really enjoyed the interaction and the exercises that we did and were able to share our experiences with one another. It was great to see where we were at and what we need to personally work on.

Alison's Teaching is Transformative. Alison is a gifted teacher in addition to being a highly skilled medium. The class was transformative on so many levels.
