This is a 60-minute energizing & restorative class that combines signature and creative yoga poses mobilizing the hips and shoulders. Continuing with signature yoga poses as foundation, the last half hour of class will level up your fitness goals through total body conditioning without or without props (such as a yoga block, yoga strap, or yoga slider) and concluding with a restorative cool down.
