Oh my goodness, this was just what I needed to center, stretch, and most of all BREATHE in the goodness. Kathleen is an excellent yoga teacher. As a novice, I appreciated her kind and gentle manner so that I could enjoy and participate in the entire class. I can come back and listen to her recording anytime I need to. Namaste
