In this 30-minute introductory session, you will meet your instructor (Debby) and learn about the 5-week program that will help you to safely improve your bone strength and manage osteopenia and osteoporosis.
This workout is for all ages, but may be especially targeted to seniors because of its low-impact approach to strength training.
We'll go over the props and tools you will need to participate, the protocol, and any questions you have about this 5-week course.
Each of the 5 weekly sessions will be recorded giving you access to the program, even if you can't attend live. Also, these recordings are available to you at any time enabling your 2nd or even 3rd weekly workout at your convenience.
