Doubt Free Meditation for Teachers (5 Sessions). This was n excellent class. It covered a lot of interesting information about how to use mantras, posture, and breathing when meditating. The breath work. The instructor spent a lot of time describing and explaining the concept of the Knower. This was a difficult concept for me to understand at the beginning of the class but the instructor did a great job describing this difficult concept.

Excellent. This class was a refresher course for me, having taken the Transformation Meditation Class Course several years ago, I like the workbook offered and it helped reacquaint me with material in the larger book as well.
