Restorative Yoga
"Join, Cassaundra, in this, healing and relaxing session, as she guides you through caring and supportive Restorative Yoga Poses.
This form of Yoga, is a practice of deep relaxation of the mind and body, that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind, as it soothes the nervous system, and can improve your overall well-being.
Suitable for beginners and practitioners of all levels, and especially for those with physical limitations or recovering from injury/illness, as restorative yoga is a restful practice, very gentle on your body, as you hold the poses for a longer slower duration, using props like yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters and pillows.
All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.
*Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Always consult your Doctor/Medical Practitioner before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any chronic or recurring condition.
