Barre Workout Class - 45 minutes
On-Demand 45 Minute Barre Class that will work your entire body. You can use a barre/chair or wall. Plus two pound weights, a small Barre Ball if you have one, and a long resistance band. Barre Vida is a total body workout open to women and men of all fitness levels, blending the original Lotte Berk method with exercise science, Pilates, and dance. Using isometric and isotonic exercises, you will gain more strength, stability, and flexibility, enhancing your overall well-being!
