Join, Cassaundra, as she guides you through weekly instructional Qigong classes, with the 8 pieces of Brocade (Baduanjin). In the 4th and final class of this series, the focus is not on instruction but your daily practice therefore the only instruction will be a gentle reminder on your breath, and which piece of the brocade we are doing next. This way it allows you the ability to fully Focus and be steeped in the practice and its benefits.

Qigong is a beautiful way of being, that can be practiced daily by everyone, to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit (with the goal of improving and maintaining health and wellbeing).
There are both physical and Psychological components with regulation of the mind, breath and body's movement and posture.
- move and strengthen Qi,
- increase Qi energy within your body
- clear blocked and stagnant
- channel healthy Qi to help bodily systems
- positively charge your entire body (on a cellular level) to give you more energy
- improve the mind, body connection
- reduce stress
- all the benefits of Meditation and exercise
What is Baduanjin good for?
Previous studies have showed that Baduanjin exercise is beneficial in improving sleep quality, mental health, body flexibility, and body physique.
