Yoga for Mind Body Spirit
Join Cassaundra, as she instructs this empowering, grounding, de-stressing Mind Body Spirit Yoga Session.
Integrative Yoga allows us a powerful connection between the mind, body and spirit, by incorporating different styles of yoga, with breathing techniques, meditation, etc. to create a complete and fulfilling session.
Set your intention for This 1 hour Session!
It's important to warm up the body and muscles as it improves flexibility, range of motion, and reduces risk of injury.
YOGA FLOW
Flow is known for giving people increased strength, more flexible muscles, a healthier heart, and fewer symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, because, like cardio, it raises your heart rate for a sustained period of time.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
This form of Yoga, is a practice of deep relaxation of the mind and body, that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind, as it soothes the nervous system, and can improve your overall well-being.
MEDITATION
Improves memory and mental clarity, in addition to reducing stress, anxiety, depression and being more mindful, it also induces a deep state of relaxation.
This integrative style helps to deepen your yogic practice and self awareness.
